I ordered a custom sign from rjsign.com after putting it off for a while because I kept telling myself I was too busy to deal with it. When it arrived, I was actually impressed. The print looked clean, and the colors were really close to the file I sent over.

The material feels sturdy too, not cheap or bendy like I half expected. I’m probably more picky about little details than I need to be, but the edges were neat and finished nicely, so I had no issues there.
I’ve had it up for a bit now, and it still looks good. I don’t order signs very often, mostly because I always wait until the last minute, but I’d definitely order from them again if I need another one.

Ordering wasn’t as easy as I expected. The site did work, but I had to keep going back to double-check options because it wasn’t super clear. Checkout felt a little confusing too. I did get charged, but I haven’t really seen an update yet, so that’s got me a bit concerned. Got the order through eventually, but the whole process could’ve been smoother.

The colors came out matching my file really well, at least from what I can tell. No weird surprises or anything, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Nice. The sign looked really good when I first put it up, and I was happy with it at the start. But after some rain and sun, the material started feeling a little weaker than I expected. Hmm. It’s not awful or anything, but I thought it would hold up longer.

I was a bit worried I’d been fooled by the size description, and it was close but not quite exact. It still works, but the sizing wasn’t as spot-on as I expected

The final product was okay, but the proofing process took longer than I expected. I had to follow up a few times, maybe 3 or 4, to get updates, which got frustrating after a while.

The sign itself was okay, but the box showed up all bent and it really didn’t seem like it was packed with much care. I also didn’t love that there was basically no human contact through the whole process, which made it more frustrating when the package arrived like that

I used R&J SIGN SUPPLY and the pricing felt alright, I guess. It wasn’t what I’d call expensive, but I also didn’t really walk away feeling like I got some amazing deal or anything.
The service did what I needed it to do, so I can’t complain too much. I just feel like the value could maybe be better, either with clearer pricing or a little more included for the cost. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

I was surprised by how fast it arrived. In my experience, shipping usually takes a bit longer, so getting it this quickly was a nice bonus...

The custom options were okay, and I did like having some choices, but it felt like they could’ve given a little more control over things like sizes and colors. It’s not terrible by any means, but I was expecting a bit more flexibility.

It worked fine for me, no big issues there. Support just took a little longer than I expected, which was kinda annoying but not the end of the world.

I had to ask for a couple of revisions, and they handled them without making it a big deal, which I really appreciated. They were patient with the little changes and that made the order feel smooth overall. I did feel a little unsure at first about needing edits, but in the end it was easy to work through.
